Requirement s: Download - iPhone / iPod IPSW Manually and iTunes
1 - Launch iTunes (make sure iTunes is up-to-date)
2 - Connect device to computer
3 - Select your device in the list (e.g.: My  iPhone)
4 - click the “summary” tab
5 - hold the Alt key (on Mac OS X) / the Shift key (on Windows) and hit “restore”

6 - iTunes will show a dialog allowing you to select the IPSW file you want your device to restored in this case , IPSW below

Work Around Steps.

1) Download and install a copy of Skype on your computer.
2) On your flash drive make a folder naming it to anything you want, I name mine as Portable Skype.
3) Next on the list is copying skype.exe from c:\program file\skype.
4) Navigate to your Flash Drive (USB Stick) and drop the copied skype.exe to Portable Skype folder you just made earlier.
5) Done with the copying and on the same folder you need to make another folder naming it data.
6) Fire up a Notepad and copy this statement [ skype.exe/datapath:”Data” /removable ] in to it, save this file to data folder naming it to skype.bat.
